Name Change! and Induction!

Okay everybody, we decided to change our baby's name. Good thing we decided before she was born! We're changing it from Camden Olivia to Alivia Norine. Maybe now that we've decided 100% for sure, she'll decide its time to be born! One can only hope.
I reached 37 wks yesterday! Yeah, so exciting. They've decided to induce me on Monday, March 2nd. We had a "false labor" trip to L&D on Friday the 20th. I'm almost dilated to 4cm. But my contractions went from regular to irregular while I was there. I am so ready for her to be born. I can't wait to see her sweet little face! She better be less trouble on the outside than she has been on the inside. So we're definately working on getting her here, if you know what I mean ;). So I had a totally gross but normal thing happen today. I lost my mucous plug. I never experienced that with my other 3 kids. It was totally gross! I showed it to Mike and he was like "that's nasty, why'd you show it to me"? I said "if I have to see it so do you"! Anyway, definately an interesting experience.
So, I better get my butt in bed! BYE!

Almost there! and poor Tyler!

So, I had a Dr.'s appt yesterday. I am dilated to 2 cm and 50% effaced! My Dr. said he would induce me at about 38 wks because of all the complications we've had, so I have about 2 1/2 wks left. YEAH!!! I can't wait. We have everything ready for Camden. All of her clothes are washed and put away, her bed is ready, etc. Life will be good when she's here!
Well, yesterday Tyler slipped as he was running into the Guest Room and hit his head on the bed frame. He ended up with a huge cut above his eyebrow, it's over an inch long. We had to take him to the ER. That was a fun experience! We've done the stitches thing twice with Tailor. But this was Tyler's first ACCIDENT, he did not take it well. Today he feels much better. He's very proud of his stitches, especially after Dad told him that chicks dig scars! I'll try to post a pic of his face in the next day or so.
Anyway, hope all is well with everyone! BYE!!!

UFC: George St. Pierre vs. BJ Penn

I don't know how many of you get into UFC fights, but I am a huge fan! Mike and I Pay-Per-View every fight. Sometimes we watch it with friends and sometimes it's just the two of us. We've been watching them for 4 yrs or so. Anyway, my favorite fighter is George St. Pierre. He is so awesome to watch fight. Back in September (I think) after GSP won the Welterweight Championship Belt, him and BJ Penn called eachother out. So we've been anxiously (sp?) awaiting this fight. I was not only rooting for GSP because he's my favorite fighter but because I don't like BJ Penn. BJ Penn won against Jens Pulver and I was rooting for the underdog, which was Pulver. Anyway, we were so excited to learn that the long awaited fight was to go on last night! We had some friends over to watch it with us. GSP did an awesome job! He kicked BJ Penn's butt. Penn couldn't continue the fight after the 4th round. IT WAS SO AWESOME TO WATCH!!! I was screaming and clapping, while everyone was looking at me like I'd lost my mind. I don't like watching sports, so this is my sport to get excited about. I can't wait to see who George St. Pierre fights next!

Pregnant Belly @ 30wks

I figured I woud post a pic of my belly since I haven't done it yet. This was taken Saturday the 3rd, when I hit 30 wks. Sorry it doesn't show my face, but I didn't have any makeup on. Camryn had to be in the pic too.
Thankfully I'm still pregnant. I'm still having contractions daily and they're really painful now but I don't have them as often since they started me on weekly injections of Hydroxyprogesterone. I've been doing them for 8 wks now. They're a pain but I gotta do what I gotta do.
We're getting so excited to meet our little girl! I can't wait to see what she looks like. The kids are also excited. Tyler asks me every day if the baby is going to come out yet. Camryn is having a hard time. I think she can sense that things are going to be changing soon. She doesn't dare leave my side. She doesn't like that she can't sit on my lap much anymore. I try to take a bubble bath everynight so I can be relaxed before I go to bed, she screams the entire time I'm in there. She always wants to sit by me or on me and rub my arm or hold my hand. It's hard for me because I'm getting to the point where I just need my space to breathe and I can't have someone constantly touching me. I've never dealt with this before, Tailor and Tyler were totally okay when I was pregnant. I guess it's because we've babied (sp?) Camryn because she was a preemie. Oh well.
Anyway, I'll try to post on the rest of the fam in the next few days. Hope everyone had an awesome Holiday Season! BYE!!!

Free puppies!

We have 2 Doberman puppies left. We have decided to give them away to good homes. We have a blue/rust female and a black/rust male. These pics were taken 2 wks ago. They are 10 wks old now. The black/rust male is in the top left and bottom right, the blue/rust female is in the top right and the puppy laying down in the bottom left. They have the cutest personalities and love kids and other dogs. They are free but if their new owners want their ears cropped they have about 2 wks to do it. If you would like one or know of somebody that would like one please leave me a comment! Thanks!!!

Complications already?

So, I'm already having problems with my pregnancy and I'm only 22 wks. I started having regular contractions Saturday night (the 8th) arounds 9pm. By about 1am I decided I'd better head to Labor & Delivery. They were about 5 minutes apart by then. Luckily I didn't dilate at all! It took two different meds to get them slowed down enough to go home and get some R&R. I got home around 8am. This whole time Mike was in Vegas, he was supposed to be headed to the Ranch for 4 days with his dad. He decided to head home around 7am. The doctor wanted to see me in his office on Wednesday (the 12th). I was still having contractions every so often. The doctor decided to put me on weekly injections of Hydroxyprogesterone in hopes of keeping me from going into preterm labor. I got everything in the mail today and between Mike and I we got the first injection done. IT HURT!!! The medicine is oil-based so its thick and I could hardly draw it into the syringe through the needle. The needles are 22 guage and 1 1/2 inch long. We didn't put the needle in all the way because my thigh isn't thick enough for 1 1/2 inches of needle, but it worked out okay. Anyway, that's what is new in our life at this point. Hope all is well with everybody! BYE!
